1. Remove the Brake caliper and bracket, be sure to support the caliper.

2. Remove the drive shaft retainer nut.

3. Use a soft face hammer to loosen the drive shaft from the hub flange.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Remove the four flange bolts.

5. Rotate the rotor a small distance so the flat surface of the rotor flange is lined up with the four hub bolt holes.

6. Push the four puller legs through the four hub bolt holes to the flat surface of the rotor flange.

 

Caution: Do not allow the legs to enter the threaded bolt holes or the open slots in the rotor. The remover legs must be on the flat surface.

7. Install four lug nuts onto the wheel studs protruding through the bottom of the remover plate. Tighten securely.

8. Rotate the puller lift bolt clockwise until the puller is tight, centered, and in alignment. Tap the puller lift bolt to help center the puller.

 

The puller lift bolt threads must be lubricated to reduce stress, friction & binding.
